The TorZon Handbook

Table of contents  ·  revised 16 July 2026

This handbook is a hand-kept reference for readers who want to understand TorZon Market, one of the currently active Tor storefronts. It covers access, verification, safety, and a short history, with a glossary at the back for terms that show up in the chapters. Read from front to back on a first pass. Skim later.

  2. Chapter II. PGP verificationSignatures, keys, common errors, once-per-key setup
  3. Chapter III. Safety and OpSecPhishing defence, wallet hygiene, comms rules

How to read this handbook

If you have never opened Tor Browser before, start with Chapter I. If you have accessed the market before but never verified a signed rotation, jump to Chapter II. If you have done both and want to close the loop on operational security, read Chapter III.

The mirror list and glossary are reference material. Bookmark them. The history is context, not required reading, but it explains why the current mirror architecture looks the way it does.

Editorial note

The handbook is not affiliated with the TorZon operators. It documents the storefront from a reader perspective and stays away from advocacy. When a chapter says "do this", it means "readers who did this before did not lose their account". When it says "do not do this", the failure mode is real.

The best handbook is a boring one. If everything on these pages is obvious to you, the handbook did its job.
